LIVE IN MANAGER/FULL TIME

We have a position opening up mid March 2025 for a full time live in Manager. We want to start training the right person very soon. The right applicant would be the lead manager working alongside 2 part time managers. Duties would include morning setup and positions, taking and positioning reservations, checking in and out guests, providing good customer care, liaising with housekeeping staff and shutdown staff, organising events and meals, taking calls and emails messages, seeking feedback and promoting and responsible for maintaining high standards. EVENTS/SOCIAL STAFF

Duties would organising and taking part in events such as in-house and outside bbq’s, sit down meals, sunset wine and nibbles, party nights at local bars, pub crawls, local walks and weekend outings. You have to a fun person to do this role as its all about fun.

HOUSEKEEPERS

Duties would include kitchen tidy, operating washer and dryer, tidying, preparing, vacuuming rooms, making beds, vacuuming common areas.

SHUTDOWNERS

Duties would include meeting & greeting late arrivals, next day preparations, kitchen tidy, operating washer and dryer, checking rooms, bathrooms, common areas, end of day kitchen clean & tidy, closing doors and final end of day checks.
