Check Out Time is 10am 😎👍

We need to clean and prepare so charges apply after 10.30am. See information on staircase or read on.

You are checked out when…

  1. Everything you own has been removed from the room and is downstairs at reception.
  2. Your key has been returned to a staff member at reception or pushed through key drop in an envelope with your name on.
  3. Your bedding has been brought to reception (bedding is pillow with pillowcase on + doona with doona cover on + fitted sheet)

We need all three please.

Good to know…

  • If you leave items in the room or with friends, you are not checked out. Result: You pay another night. Its not cool to leave your belongings anywhere but downstairs where they are safe.
  • If you vacate the room but leave bedding on, we don’t know what bed you have vacated: Result: You pay another night. its not cool to make us guess what bed to make. Please don’t make us guess.
  • If you walk away with the key we cannot check in the next person. Result: You pay another night. Please don’t take the key. We need it, you don’t need it. Please give it back by 10am.

Early Check Outs

  • If you can let us know the night before by 8pm great. We will guide you through the simple process.
  • If not that’s ok, bring down all bedding and leave on bench seat opposite reception. Take belongings with you or leave them in TV room. Put key in an envelope found next to key drop, write name and room number on envelope and push through key drop.

Late Check Outs

  • Are subject to availability and available to 1pm and 5pm and small charge applies.
  • Please request this before 10am. If you check out after 10:30am another full night is charged.
  • Communication with us solves all issues. no communication results in another full nights charge.

Just so you know, we don’t want to charge you another night. We want to turn beds and rooms over for incoming and current guests.

We only have housekeeping staff for short periods of time, they often have other jobs to go to so please check out on time.
