Come to desk 8am to 1pm and 5pm to 8pm, call or text any issues from 7am to 10pm.
We will answer phones for emergencies outside of these times. A $80.00 charge applies for non-emergency calls. We need our sleep.
Emergencies are: You or another guest are seriously hurt or in serious danger, police or ambulance have been called or are required, the building is on fire, major water or gas leaks
Non emergencies are: I’m locked out (please knock on the door), I need change (go to the nearest open business), my plans have changed (please text or email).
