Smoking Cigarettes

  • Please smoke outside in the courtyard from 7am to 10pm.
  • From 10pm to 7am we have to close and lock our courtyard doors so the only option is the street.
  • We ask that you do not smoke or hang out inside the entrance alleyway at anytime as there are bedrooms above.

Smoking Marijuana

  • You like to smoke marijuana that’s great, we are happy for you, however we ask you don’t not prepare or smoke marijuana inside or outside our premises.
  • You will get a strong reaction from us that usually means you can no longer stay and have to leave without any refund.
  • We don’t want a confrontation with you so to avoid one and  please go to the beach.
  • If you have marijuana with you, please keep it hidden.
  • We don’t want to see it or smell it!
